Through filling out our questionnaire, we can discuss the project in its entirety. This includes any variables we may encounter throughout the remodel as well as the project’s budget and timeline.

QUESTIONNAIRE

This call helps us understand your project and determine if it aligns with our services. We’ll discuss the initial scope, preliminary budget, timeline, and your reasons for reaching out. If there’s a mutual fit, we’ll schedule an in-person consultation.

This meeting allows us to walk through the space, understand the homeowner’s vision, review design materials, assess utilities, and share initial ideas. The outcome is a refined budget and, if aligned, the next step is starting a Project Development Agreement.

This phase includes defining the scope, developing the budget, preparing design and permit-ready plans, and coordinating any required reports. Timelines vary based on project complexity.

This is where your project comes to life. We manage the build with a focus on quality, efficiency, and clear communication. Weekly check-ins and regular updates keep you informed and ensure a smooth, transparent process from start to finish.
