2024 YEAR IN REVIEW

This has been a year of major growth for our personal lives and for Fine Point Homes. If you've been with us since the beginning, you know we’ve had some major milestones! It was quite the year, and we’re beyond blessed and grateful for every one of you.

We officially announced the marriage of our Construction and Real Estate arms at the beginning of 2023. George Thomas joined the Littenberg family on May 26, and we added not one, not two, but four new team members to the FPH family. That’s right. We added Yvonne Erwin as a Realtor, Casey Robbins as a Production Manager, Megan Clopton as our Operations Manager, and most recently, Taylor Ward as our Marketing Manager. We also moved into our new office at 5352 W Vickery Blvd right before Thanksgiving, and we’re slowly making it our own. Come say hi if you’re ever in the area! We can’t believe how fast FPH is growing and can’t wait to see how it will grow in 2025.

We’ve seen continued growth in both our Real Estate and Construction divisions, thanks to the invaluable support of our clients, friends, and family who have graciously referred us.

MARKET UPDATE & CURRENT TRENDS

Real Estate

The Dallas-Fort Worth area is still in a seller’s market overall, but we expect inventory to increase this year. There have been talks that the Feds may or may not cut interest rates, but we’ll keep close tabs on it and will continue to keep you updated as things change. If rates come down, we anticipate an increase in buyers entering the marketplace, plus more sellers inclined to sell to take advantage of lower interest rates. Due to this, expect to see more activity in the marketplace, with prices continuing to rise.

Construction

We’ve continued to receive a lot of inquiries for home additions, as well as kitchen and whole-home remodels. As far as trends go, wallpaper is making a significant comeback in varied patterns, there has been a strong focus on energy-efficient upgrades to homes and adding natural materials throughout. Plus, traditional style is coming back but with a modern taste (think cleaner projects and with less clutter).

COMMUNITY EVENTS & GIVING BACK:

We officially coined our mission this year at Fine Point Homes: To build, support and give back to the Fort Worth community.

We had so much fun living out our mission through our client and community events in 2024 and can’t wait to continue that into 2025.

We celebrated our Fine Point Homes Anniversary at Motorplace in late March, a unique venue we transformed for clients in 2023. Thank you to all who joined us—we had 80+ attendees, 8 partner sponsors, and 15 local vendors, making it a blast! We also had our 2nd Annual Tarrant Area Food Bank volunteer morning. Fifty of you showed up to help sort food and provide 7,803 meals for those in need right here in Tarrant County.

Our most recent event was our annual Santa Party, which was held at the BRIK venue. It was an amazing afternoon getting to see all of our friends, family and clients. We built gingerbread houses, enjoyed meeting Santa and donated a massive box of toys to Cook Children’s the following day. We love the heart this community has and we’re so blessed to be a part of it.

We also loved supporting other local charities, schools, and organizations throughout the year, including sponsoring Overton Park Elementary and Saint Andrew Catholic School’s Auctions, plus Leah and Janie modeling in, and Fine Point Homes sponsoring the TCU Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega’s Annual Fashion Show, which benefits The Women’s Center of Tarrant County. Plus, we supported Tarrant Area Food Bank, Cook Children’s and St. Vincent de Paul. We look forward to supporting these and more in 2025 with your help.

We’re also excited to share that we have some fun events coming up this year, such as the grand opening of our new office and our Annual Tarrant Area Food Bank volunteer morning, so keep an eye out for those invites! Additionally, we have some fun plans to celebrate Back to School, honoring both students and parents and, of course, our incredible teachers.
