Alan is passionate about guiding clients through their home renovations with a focus on communication, education, and exceptional craftsmanship. Day to day, he leads the team through challenges like code compliance and nail pops, while fostering strong vendor relationships and embodying a community-first mindset.

Leah Littenberg is a passionate Broker, specializing in both buying and selling homes in the DFW Metroplex.

With a strong foundation in real estate stemming from her childhood fascination with homes—Leah brings a unique perspective to the industry. After graduating from Texas Christian University (TCU) and initially working in human resources, Leah discovered her passion for real estate when she bought, renovated, and sold her own homes.

Leah values the importance of specialization and collaboration within her team, ensuring that clients receive expert guidance tailored to their needs.

Construction Production Manager

Casey oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of our construction projects. With a strong background in residential construction, Casey ensures seamless project workflows, managing everything from framing to finishing touches while maintaining quality standards. He began his construction career framing houses in college, moved on to commercial electrical work, and eventually ran his own construction firm for 17 years. Drawn to Fine Point Homes for the opportunity to focus on hands-on construction and to be part of an expanding company, Casey brings invaluable expertise and leadership to the team. here

Construction Project Manager

Hannah expertly oversees all client-facing aspects of our build and renovation projects. Since joining the team a year ago, she has taken on the challenge of coordinating daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow on-site, and facilitating clear communication between clients, vendors, and the construction team. Originally from Houston and a Texas Tech graduate, she is passionate about kitchen remodels, mid-century modern design, and vintage rugs.

Real Estate Agent

Yvonne started her Real Estate career in 2010 as a Buyers Specialist and Military Resident Specialist. They say “Home Is Where The Heart Is” and Yvonne was born, raised, married and also raised her own family in Fort Worth and this is where her heart is.

Yvonne is a Wife, Mom of 4, and Grandma of 9, with 2 fur babies, Coco and Cooper. Some of her hobbies include spending time in the outdoors, time with her family and baking sourdough bread. You can find her enjoying her favorite Mexican dish at their local El Paseo in Lake Worth! Yvonne is fluent in Spanish and is a licensed Notary.

Operations Manager

Megan plays a crucial role in supporting real estate agents by managing operations and overseeing all administrative duties, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Her organizational skills and attention to detail are integral to the success of the company. Originally from Keller, TX, Megan earned her degree in Interior Design from Texas Christian University (TCU). She now lives in Aledo, TX with her family, and in her free time, you can often find her at her kids' sports games, cheering them on year-round.

Marketing Manager

Taylor is a marketing professional with over a decade of experience, specializing in both the real estate and construction sectors at Fine Point Homes. She provides comprehensive marketing support, from digital campaigns and social media management to content creation and branding. Taylor works closely with real estate agents to develop engaging marketing materials, ensuring properties are effectively showcased, while also collaborating with the construction team to highlight new developments with targeted messaging.

Originally from Sugar Land, TX, Taylor graduated from Stephen F. Austin University with a degree in Journalism. Throughout her career, she has worked in Texas, New York, and Seattle, gaining valuable insights. Taylor now resides in Keller, TX with her family and enjoys exploring all that Fort Worth offers.
